Kites Over Lake Michigan is a two day kite festival hosted by the local kite store, Unique Flying Objects.

Get ready for our spectacular kite festival, Kites Over Lake Michigan, this Labor Day weekend.

The event will be held on August 30th and 31st at beautiful Neshotah Beach, Two Rivers. The festival runs from 11am to 4pm both days. Additional activities include a night fly on Saturday August 30th and free kite making for kids on Sunday August 31st from 9am to 11am.

Ben Franklin himself will show up during the kite making hours and talk about money smart issues, a subject near and dear to our title sponsors, Shoreline, Prime Financial, Riverwood-Maritime and TR Community Credit Unions. There will also be a bonfire on the beach Saturday night.
