Woo-hoo!

I finally got my Vented B-series. No more borrowing a vented sail. 8)

IKE has red, blue, teal, purple, and now gold!

Sweet.

We need to get all those colors up at the same time.

Excuse me guys. Not being too well versed in the Rev kites, but, does Rev make a kite that is totally made of screening? I can't remember where I got this or where I may have seen it.

What advantage or I should say how much of an increase in the wind does this kite allow you to fly in?

Sweet kite anyways, enjoy it.

Well, I dare say that Mike & Ken are the only B-Series Holdouts...

Let's see..

Jeff - Gold
Issac - Teal
Babbman - Blue or Lime/Blue
Nick - Purple
Zach - Gold

Well, we could do a 4-man B-Series routine, eh?

Doesn't Chris have red? At least in a standard, I think...

I know, and the B-Series just won the Best New Kite award at the KTAI.

Rev doesn't make an all-screen kite. I've seen a home made one on the 'net somewhere. I've also seen on the 'net a "bikini" rev that has almost no sail material and is mostly open space. I think I posted a photo of the bikini rev somewhere on this forum.

The Standard B-series that you see above has been flown in 40 mph winds. That's pretty crazy though.
I really like flying the vented in around 10 mph winds. It's handles well up into 20s. 30 is about the highest I've flown in.

The advantage isn't only for high wind flying. In lighter winds things are slowed down and it's easier to be accurate and have more control.

Call me a rebel. But my 1.5 sails still have plenty of life left in them. Sorry but the look of the B doesnt do much for me. :P
Not to mention it would not be just replacing one but TWO sails, because I would need a matching sul AND vented.
