That pic is fascinating
It's a great satisfaction knowing that for a brief point in time you made a difference.

John N Mitchell, who took the photo, is a member of our club and an occasional poster.

I'm flying the red kite, which is showing just a bit of itself at the top of the photo.

If I count correctly, there are at least 16 kites involved in that photo. Whew.

Actually, although we did fly a mega-fly with 16 fliers, in this photo there are 9 kite fliers.
Don't forget these are quads, not duals! Still, that's 36 lines.

The photo below shows the fliers. The rightmost 4 people are the ones who's kites show above.
Monkey Boy (David Hathoway) is on the green kite, the kite with yellow is Mark Lummas, (I forget the next guy's name  ), and me on the red kite.

Ahhh, OK, I see where my error occurred. I counted the lines in the picture. Both above the twist and below the twist. So I counted each line twice.

No wonder I flunked math in grade school! [smiley smilie=11 fontcolor=000000 shadowcolor=000000 shieldshadow=1]I goofed[/smiley]
