Greetings...from SkyWalker (Neenah, WI)

:LogoRevAni:

hello ya'll,

Just wanted say hey....

Not much free time right now for writing a long introduction, as I have to finish getting packed & then hit the road for this weekend's "Color the Wind" festival at Clear Lake, IA (running a bit behind as usual).

Happened to revisit this site last night for only my 2nd time...WOW!!!! It's REALLY taken off since the first time I dropped in. COOOOOOOOOL!!!

Anyways...hope to bump into some of yas this weekend. If not, then perhaps at some other kite festival around the Mid-West this summer (just look for the big rainbow banner wall...I'll be somewhere close by). Still working on a tentative schedule of events for 2007, when it's finished I'll post a copy here.

PS: spent some time last night uploading photos of some of my junk...they're in my personal photo album if anyone cares to check it out. Will be adding more later...

PPS: hey Drafty...thanks for telling me about this site :thanks:

Hey! Hi Jeff. Good to see you. Welcome!

The pics look great!

Did you fly last weekend? I wanna know what the "really, really cold" thing was all about?

Gotta get cracking on the last of our projects, and then get loaded up too. 2 Le Kainos, and one NASA wing justabout done.
TTFN,

Howdy Jeff,
glad you found us here. I'm gonna miss this weekends freezing fly, but I'm looking forward to seeing all your big stuff again this spring and summer.

Welcome to IKE, SkyWalker, love the rainbow wall   How many did you originally start with?
It's a great satisfaction knowing that for a brief point in time you made a difference.

Hello Jeff,

Hope you made it home last night. I would not have wanted to fly all day, go to the party, drive home though the wee hours of the morning and then go to work.

There was a nice picture of the banners in the Sunday paper.

hi Al,

Yeah...I made it home from Clear Lake ok. That handfull of NoDoz made all the difference

No blizzard to drive through this year, so I made pretty good time...arriving home around 1:30AM. Even managed to get a couple hrs sleep before having to head off to work that morning (loooong day).

Oh...by the way, Kathy Brinnehl made a point of telling me that the NEW date for the Perry Farm Kite Festival is June 16-17. Thought I'd mention it, in case you're interested in attending this year. This guy happens to have that weekend off :-D
