Welcome back for '07

Postby Chris » Wed, Jan 17 2007, 08:56 PM

Hope everyone had a great new year! Just wanted to post a few messages to everyone; it's been a little stagnant around here lately

I think cabin fever is setting in early this year  Just keep thinking of blue skies, warm winds and lots of colorful kites in the air :SLKani:

And as soon as the weather breaks all will be good with the world  (or at least with me :mrblue: )
It's a great satisfaction knowing that for a brief point in time you made a difference.

i'm glad that the days are getting longer again! This cold weather is nasty though! i hope that i can get a little flying in on Saturday at least. i am biting the bullet and am saving my vacation days for warmer weather.

i wrote to www.breezechasers.com and they are adding IKE to their kite club list, which is cool. 8)

Today i was informed that the Junior College (Kankakee Community College) has a very large field that they recently added, that a lot of people fly RC planes in a lot. i'll have to check it out; it sounds like it might be another neat kite flying spot!
