It would only let me reserve a campsite for 2 nights. I guess I'll be there for one of the days then.

Ooh! Looking better and better for my being able to attend! Only going to be out for Sunday day for a few hours since the girls will have school on Monday, and I work all day Saturday. Praying for wind! *_*

I am driving there Friday night, staying at the hotel. So I'll be there all day Saturday, and drive back Sat. night.

How about some tips from those of you that have been and flown at the Dunes before, please. Bring kites obviously. Pack some food and water, I assume? Is it a long walk from parking to the flying area? Probably a chair? Chesterton exit off of I 94? Anything else that you can think of.

Thanks.

Bill

And your recently acquired bottle of JB. You did remember to bottle some, didn't you?

Looks like you got most of it. Plus sunscreen. It's not a long walk to the flying. We often send someone on a run into town for lunch, but snacks are good to have, and water.

Hats and buff maybe. I bring a small cooler. The walk isn't long. Lots of open beach though. You know we like to spread out. We might have more competition for space since it'll be warm. Ok, not that warm is the wind is off the lake.

As of last night, the wind was showing off the land . . . . not that I believe the forecast. Also, 70 degrees and sunny . . . . again, too far ahead.

Bring layers - it gets cooler pretty quickly at the end of the day.

Whoever has the t-shirts and hoodies, please bring them. I believe I ordered a hoodie early this year and haven't had a chance to pay or get it yet.

Happen to have a XXL in either handy? I'd buy one on site, cash.

Sorry guys, I don't have any extras. I just have what folks ordered (a while back).
I still have the orders for Trigger (Jim), Mark, and MyToyz (Dennis).

If there's enough interest to generate another order, we can start another thread.
I don't keep backstock. I tried early on, but it's too hard to guess what sizes will be needed. So once or twice a year I place an order for a minimum of a dozen or more items.

Prices have run $10 for T-shirts ($12 for XXL and larger), and $22 for hoodies ($24 for larger sizes).
