Hi From Milwaukee !!!

Postby kitemke » Thu, Nov 26 2009, 11:50 AM

Hi !!!

My name is Jorge and I live in Milwaukee, love to fly single line kites since I was a kid; my grandfather built them using newspaper and homemade glue.

I have three single line kites and this fall I worked on a project to build a parafauna sail that was able to finish and test multiple times.

My wife and I usually go to Veterans Park in Milwaukee to fly during the weekends or holidays. My newest kite is a big fish pyro from Gomberg kites.

I have seen the Rev Quad Line kites in lakefront and I am very interested in learning how to fly a Rev kite.

I have reading about the Rev kites in this site and will buy one very soon.

Happy Thanksgiving !!!

Jorge

Jorge ~ :welcome1:

I am one of the Veterans Park Rev fliers... Make sure you stop and say "Hi" the next time you see one of us (myself, Brett, or Geno) down there!

Happy to have you try one of my Revs and certainly open to help you as much as I can!

Without much encouragement, I'm sure we can get you to part with some of your hard earned $ on this awesome obsession of ours!

Welcome Jorge, and Happy Thanksgiving.

I spend a bit of time at Veterans Park too. I'll probably be up there with the other crazies on New Year's Day.

I look forward to seeing a new person get addicted to Revs. :revspin:
Keep calm, and park it in the pocket

IKE is on Image too!

If the weather holds out and it's 50 (or so), sunny, and the winds are right... I'll be there tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon... if you're in the area, and have the time... stop by.
