The concept and the pictures were great. But, what stuck with me was the picture of the gentleman grinding away on steel ... sparks are flying all over and there he is with no safety glasses. Almost everything I enjoy utilizes my eyesight. To me, that picture is the equivalent of fingers dragging across a black board.

I work in the automation industry... I spent the 1st 6 years living in auto plants... GM, Nissan, etc... we designed the software that controlled the transfer of parts in and between 400 ton hydraulic presses...
