:clubfly: The latest from the National Weather Service is 6 and 7mph winds for Saturday! That's a lot better! Sunday will have even stronger winds. i guess all of the hot air from the politicians is coming our way!

We'll be bringing potato salad and chips... and will probably be coming more around 10 or 11ish.

Don't think I'm going to be able to make it. Working all morning. I guess it's good to be busy.

Cool! I'm looking forward to seeing Rizzuto again.
I'm up early, so I'll be there around 8:30.
Let's meet where we fly for the festival--park near the children's museum.

Smurfy pictures. Did anyone get to smurf, or were the winds not smurfy enough? At least you had other smurf games to smurf.
Keep calm, and park it in the pocket

IKE is on Image too!

We are a strange lot!... adult kite fliers wearing Smurf hats! Next year we'll have to fly kites while wearing the Smurfies and be attired in swim suits!

(Winds were OK for a while... and were on and off... then dwindled down to basically non-existent.)

It was GREAT to see all that made the long or short drive out to Perry Farms for our second annual picnic. Would have loved to see some more of the faces that cannot make it out more often. O-Well maybe next year. The pizza dinner with those who were able to stay out longer was also nice.

As far as the light to no winds go, yes once again Ol' Ma Nature toyed with us. But thats why I had the bolo toss and the bean bag boxes with. Well Mike S. we are now 1-1 will have the tie breaker next year.

Paul the smurf hats are great. I think we ALL who have one need to show up at a couple of fest next year wearing them. I know we will get some great laughs and looks from the crowds.
May Ol Ma Nature never hold her

Hello....I had alot of fun at this one. As you can see from the pic. LOL. I wanted to fly a few more kites, but the wind wasn't cooperating...and I need wind to fly. :(

But great time seeing everyone.
