I've tried downloading the HQ Map Patch but that didn't fix it. I'd like to hear how it works out! Then you can speak to the council members inside by approaching the podium in the room at the end of the hall as Renard warned you, don't bother to talk to any of the lobbyists in the hall there on your way to the podium. Ahh, nothing like a good excuse to go down into the sewers, what hey? Jongle puts Dernholm on the map for you.
