Memorial Day Weekend Fly
Memorial Day Weekend Fly
This weekend, especially Sunday and or Monday for me. East Side Sport's Complex in St Charles is my prefered location. Might have to dodge a few showers currently forecasted, however.
I know a few of you will be in Wildwood, NJ. Have fun.

Would join you Bill but working the whole weekend.
I'll make up for it the next week with some Rocky Mountain flying though.

Wildwood this year, sorry. You should consider Vets for one of the days if you haven't been to it yet. Bring short lines though (you can usually find room south of the performance field if you go out a ways from the audience).

Sorry. Going to be busy all weekend.

I was out by myself on Saturday for a while. Then Xay took pity on me and invited me over to his neighborhood field where he planned a Memorial day kite display. Including his new, 13 foot custom made foil. He did not disappoint. Many of the locals stopped by, took photos, chatted and honked their car horns as they drove by. A breezy, full-vent Rev kinda day.

Xay got my vented Rev into the action while I snapped a few photos.

Agreed, it's a beaut.
What about the white foil? Did you make that?

Colorado flying
Well even though we had perfect temperature in the Rockies, my wife and I didn't get any flying done. But we made sure to not only go to Into The Wind in Boulder, but we got her a parafoil for herself to start. So there will be 1 more when we can get out with y'all.
Looking to bring my nephews to a fly when they visit as well.
More corrupting to flight.
