Saturday March 7?
Forecast is temps above freezing . . . . at least in DuPage. I might be able to sneak out for a few hours to run some "errands." Actually, the wife is working Saturday and my son is at a scout thing all day, so . . . .

Yeah . . . . melting snow, wet & mud. Bring your boots & kites you were planning on showering with anyway . . . .

I'm in. Either day. Yeah, bring hip waders. The St. Charles East Side Sports Complex is still closed for the winter. So we need a where.

Let's see who else replies, but we could try Busse as a "default" option. I've flown there this winter at least once for a short session.
Re: Saturday March 7?
Busse would be good. Might get Mark to come out too since it's close to him. Although he likes it warmer. Maybe he can yell tips at us from inside his car.

Busse is a little far for me since I still have some chores to do Saturday. Danada is good. There is always Breen park on the west side of St Charles. Acres and acres of open land and no gates, I think.

Maybe Sugar Grove?

I'm good for any of the above locations.

Plenty of room. Even better if the wind is coming from the south.

I think it's westerly. Do you mind posting a link for the guys who haven't been there? Is swannie in town?
Also - I'll need to head home by 3:30 or 4 at the very latest. It's still going to be pretty cold . . . so maybe a post-lunchtime arrival at the field?

Yes. I think I've only flown there once. The area to park is behind the school, and last time we were all the way at the end of the parking lot.
