Couldn't pass up 22 degrees, sunshine and a decent breeze. Got out my EXP and the short lines. Felt good. Invigorating.

Sorry, I just don't see any Spring in that photo, meteorological or other kind.

I did that before, especially when I was building my own kites over the winter months. Run out, fly on shorties for 30 minutes. Go back inside, make adjustments, run outside -- repeat.

Not motivated to freeze my butt anymore.

This coming weekend is a possibility (for a bit). After that, no possibility for me on the weekends until the 28th.

But Bill, your jacket isn't even zipped! Y'all are crazy, and yes I know, I was flying on a frozen lake last weekend.
Anyway, warmer climes for me: this upcoming weekend is Texas; the following is California. That gives the Midwest a couple weeks to warm up--the following weekend is an Indianapolis fest, and then the Club Fly in Chicago.
Hope to see you at Montrose!

Current forecast for the weekend is temps above freezing. Heat wave! Let's do it.
