Are you not self employed? Talk to the boss, supposed to be a killer day high of 71, wind off the water, besides I figured this four line thing out, and I would like some victims!

Well, unfortunately, "self employed" means that when I have client work, I need to work. Plus I've made commitments to clients that are going to be very hard to deliver if I don't show up & do some work . . .

Now, if it were on Saturday . . . . (Sunday is out due to Boy Scout picnic)

Ok, due to my boss (wife) making other plans for Friday at noon, I have to change flying at michigan city beach for Saturday. I will be there by eight am provided it's not raining. Weather predictions as of now are; 80 degrees and sunny. ESE winds at 10 by noon7-9 in the am. It sounds like this might be a good change for many.

Uh oh. Now I will have to have a chat with the real boss about Saturday . . . That would be the wife.

. . . and my real boss gave me a possible OK for Saturday. Forecast I looked at showed sunny & high of 73. I'll keep an eye on the forecast (and the wife's mood) and post up here by Friday night if it works out.

It was a beautiful day! Very light winds but flyable 95% of the time!

Don't worry Steve, i won't tell anyone our little secret!!! (The one about that dual line set in your bag)

It was great - and after you left, the wind picked up and we got out full vents. Dennis now knows which kite he wants next after flying mine . . .

Kite has been located. Still searching for 120' line set. I think the talent Steve instilled in that kite was why it flew so well. I was merely a passenger.

I don't think it was me . . . full vents are just way more forgiving when the wind picks up.

See Big Mike for the big wind window line set . . .
