LOL I think there are two radio stations in Pontiac. But I could be mistaken.

The weather forecast looks good for Pontiac this weekend.
10-13 mph winds on Saturday and only a 20% chance of precip.
Less wind and chance of precip on Sunday.

I know several sport kiters will be there, what we really need are some SLKs. There's plenty of room for everyone, let's fill the sky!

The weather forecast has improved already.
Warm temperatures, neglible chance of rain, winds around 10 mph on both days.

I'm excited, this should be a really great time!

i'll be there early to help set up. Marla, unfortunately, has the flu, so probably will not be showing up. i'm glad that the weather is looking good for the event; it should be a great time!

Some of my students (and former students) may show up from Fox Center; that would be cool!

Is it Saturday yet? Is it?

I'm sure tomorrow will be agonizingly slow.

Looks like I'll be able to leave right about 7, so I should be arriving not too long after 9.

It was warm, but the heat wasn't too bad. It's my fingers and wrists that took the worst of it. Pretty sore from fighting the wind on Saturday. And my back is a little stiff.

It's no fun getting old!

The back of my legs were so sun-burned that i felt like a KFC special! i put sunscreen everywhere; but i didn't, of course, apply any to the back of my legs.

At Naperville, i'll cover up good; no more naked areas exposed!

Darlene took pictures for the Pontiac paper, The Daily Leader and I'm (hopefully) supplying the link here
http://www.pontiacdailyleader.com/shared-content/gallery/?galleryid=100&gallery_page=0&album_page=0&albumid=99&mediaid=695

It looks like the link won't work or I can't figure out how to do it correctly so just paste it in your browser if you want to see the pics. I think she got some good ones, especially the ones that showed the force of the wind on Saturday.

I got burned pretty badly myself so I stayed indoors out of the sun on Sunday.
