180GO! will be attending this international kite festival for the first time. It looks like a ton of fun.
Here's some of the participants and more info:

I thought this kite festival was held in Dieppe, France.

There are festivals in both Dieppe, Canada and Dieppe, France. 180Go! is going to Dieppe, Canada this August. The Dieppe, France festival is in September.

Steve is right. I think the Dieppe, France festival is older. Then they used to alternate years, one year in France, one year in Canada. Now it's every year for Canada, but still every 2nd year for France. Both are are large, international festivals, though the French one is bigger.

They're just trying to confuse people who don't speak French, and doing an excellent job.

They're not trying to confuse us. They just don't care.

I think the Canada folks have a link to the festival in France on their web site . . .
