Kite Flying in Charleston, SC

Postby kitemeister » Mon, Nov 02 2015, 08:54 PM

My wife and I were kiting in Charleston SC. We had the best wind conditions we have ever experienced. The wind was so smooth and consistent. We flew both the Rev and the Snapshot. The following are some pics.

Nice -- now that you've experienced ocean breezes, I guess you're both spoiled and will never fly in Illinois again.

However, should you decide to move there, take me with you.

All kidding aside -- good to see you flying somewhere with good wind. Feels good, doesn't it? So much easier to fly well when you're not fighting the wind. Good to have you back here. You gotta tell me all about it the next time we fly together.

It's true, flying on an ocean beach is the best. After flying in the midwest, you feel like your skills have really improved when you're flying on coastal smooth winds.
