I used to have an E2, E3 and Zephyr (really loved the Zephyr). Smoother than silk! Always wanted to try the Widow or Widow maker. I think Steve (Goestoeleven) would probably like to also. I love dualies, it's just that I'm getting too damn old to do that much dancing without falling over dead.

If it flies, I can handle it, at least for a little while.

I'm tentatively planning a day trip to the retreat on Sep. 29. If I'm there, I'll have my new Premier Widow and you're welcome to try it.

I just ordered my Premier widow that Jon T modified into a light standard. Depending on the wind, I'll share with anyone who's interested.

I do think we are reaching enough dualies that I will have to sign up for the lessons. .

I will be bringing the E2 that I picked up at Mots. Hoping I can learn something!

And I will be willing to pick up the handles on a Rev. I think we have the beginnings of Detente. It's not quite as dramatic Begin and Sadat, but It's a start. :duel

To the extent that IKE has a reputation as a quad club, we might be on the way toward changing that!

It's turning into a regular dual-fest! Maybe you guys can work out some kind of routine if time permits - that would be very cool.

What length line do you need for Adventure Dog? Is Adventure Dog better in high wind or low wind? Seems kind of like a SUL SLK to me, with no venting. do you use braided nylon or spectra? ;)

That would be awesome!
I always envisioned the club to include all kinds of kiting, check the logo.

I've always liked the logo. Hey, that reminds me ... what's the process for obtaining a club t-shirt?

C'mon, what's not to like about having an adventure dog in the club. I imagine that adventure dog would be better suited to a Rev Blast, but it depends on how much of an adventure he's up for. :-P

I just got my Premier Widow today from Jon Trennepohl. It's reframed as a light std so I'll be ready to fly in all winds. SLK's as well. :loveit:

Every once in a while I order a batch and sell them at cost. I'll bring what I have to the retreat.
They're $10, $13 for xxl or larger.

Cool. If I make it (and it's looking pretty good for Sep. 29), I'll bring $10 with me for a shirt.

It like riding a bike... pull right go right... pull left go left! Now this quad thing i am trying is a diff story.
Tmadz i will show you mine if you show me yours :-) would like to try that widow out! The rev is ready for you!

Guess the jazz, quantum and zeph will all get used! If i am using the 4d i will probably be the only one on the beach.

Step right up and try the newest thing in sport kites! LOOSE THE TRAINING WHEELS..... 2 STRINGS IS ALL YOU NEED! :-)

OK, gotta run, the breeze is great and i gotta get that rev in the air tonight! :-)

If I'm there I'll take a small if you have it.

the dark side is pulling me in hard, just only a month into it with B PRO, and I end up putting in a order for vented B PRO this week.

I will try to make it 1 of the day, but I think it will be on the Sunday.

It always starts with one rev. Then somehow in a year or two you will be looking for a bigger kite bag for just your revs. Congrats on the new kite. Hope you can make it at least one of the days. I am getting excited, only a week away!
