Got Spine

got my new spine for my nexus - what is the easiest way to put new one on.

Is it pre-cut to the correct size? If so it should be easy to reinsert. Like i mentioned in a previous post, i may be in Pontiac tomorrow, flying. If not and you don't want to fix it yourself, bring it to the next club fly and i'll mess with it... no problem.

If the spine you got is a direct Prism replacement then it should come with the center "t" already on the spine. It should also have the top and bottom end caps already glued onto the shaft. Just transfer the bridle attachment points over to the new spine, feed the bottom of the spine into the pocket on the bottom and then carefully bend the top of the spine and fit it into the top pocket. If it is not from Prism and you only got the shaft then you will need to transfer the top and bottom caps over as well as the old center "t". Transfer the center "T" first then the end caps. With some work you should be able to get all the old pieces off of the broken spine and move them over. Regular super glue will work but CA+ glue is preferred.
