Kite Flyers Or Kite Fliers?

Hi guys!!!
For a while I have been confused about, how to, properly say it or writte it.

is it Kite "FLYER"? or Kite "FLIER" ? [smiley smilie=1 fontcolor=000000 shadowcolor=000000 shieldshadow=1]Help ![/smiley]

Please forgive my english, but I have not been able to find the answer. :(

Oughh...What do you expect from a full breed Guatemalan, Spanish speaking anyway...??? :P

I use both. I think I may use "flyer" more often though. Maybe Fern could be of some help :wink:

Fern's asleep so I'll give my opinion.
A flyer is a advertisement, like the piece of paper they post on telephone poles.
Flier is actually the correct term for someone who flies.
