Powder coat oven

I finally got an oven made to do some powder coating and cerakoting. So now I will be able to powder coat my handles and stakes! The oven is almost all recycled and re-purposed. The main body is an old bench grinder cart. The door is an old metal shelve. The insulation and element are about the only new parts. I spun the element out of Kanthal A1 15g iron chromium. The oven runs about 13 amp 120v. Enough to get it to 450f.

That is super cool, Mikey. Or should I say super hot?
I bet it would make a good pizza oven too!

Do you bake or fry donuts? Donut oven? It is like a miniature of the stuff I normally design and build for work. Anybody need anything powder coated let me know! I can also paint exhaust manifolds and pistons with ceramic heat barriers!

To quote Paris: "That's HOT!"

You fry donuts (at least the ones that taste the best), so donuts are probably off the menu . . .
