PJ Hoffmaster, used to be a city park when I was growing up within a couple of miles of the park. Used to ride on the dunes with my brother on a trail bike (motorcycle), they would arrest you for doing that now. Muskegon/Norton Shores is not very far, great farmer market Sat morning. I usually try to get up to the breakwater where my Dad and I used to go fishing for a little bit of quiet time while I am there.

Denny,
I think we can only comfortably fit 3 guys in the room. There just isn't that much floor space. Unless y'all wanna spoon.
Anyway, there is a chance that I'll be in a different room, so my spot may become available.

John Barresi has just asked if I'd be willing to be a 4th for iQuad. It's not yet sure that they will need me though and whether I would want to stay with them in their rooms.

I should still be able to drive either way.

OK, Ya had to mention that spooning thing now the picture in my mind will take weeks to go away! :rotfl

My snoring would keep you up all night anyway.

Ash and I will be fine in our tent. We always camp at the Astro events.

Can't wait to see all the RED shirts on the beach!

Well, i don't know what iQuad is... but congrats anyway, Mike :!: (It must be some higher ranking, prestigious position in the Dark Force, closer to Darth Vader, i suspect!)

Kidding aside, i bet it's very cool! i hope i'll be able to get it on film!

Invis, my wife claims that i snore... but she sometimes tries to wake me up in the middle of the night while i'm really not asleep... and tells me to "stop snoring"! :?: i can't figure that one out at all!

Thanks for the photos Tom.
I think the banners in the top photo are all Jeff Hale's. He was on the beach early, early in the morning pounding in lots and lots of stakes to mount all those banners.

The big kites are being flown by Al Sparling, David Gomberg, and others. (I don't get down to that end of the field very often)

The Rev fliers in the last photo are, from left to right:
Ben Dantonio, I don't remember, Sam Ritter, Lee Sedgewick, Me, Zach Gordon.

It's starting to look good for me getting to GH this year. Sounds like I need a big red shirt!

That's fantastic Dan!
The shirt order has already been placed, but I may have an extra one that will fit you. Email me your size.
iQuad has their fourth member coming, so I'll probably fly with them a bit, but I'll be staying in the room with Ken and Tom.

I'm don't know that we can fit a fourth person in the room. Depends if there is enough floor space and enough ear plugs to block out 4 people snoring. Well, 3 people, of course I don't snore! :-)

i've got great earplugs (that i use when i vacuum around my birds in the bird-room... they scream like mad)... so i'm set!

Nice pic of a Gem as your user icon, Dan! i love Gems too... and if the winds are high at G. H., on any of the days we're there, i'll be probably be flying one of my Deep Spaces; they are just great for high winds IMHO! i am doing better at doing Fades and MultiLazies in pretty high winds... and can do repetitive Axels in hurricane conditions.

I dont snore either( :rotfl ) since using breath rite strips.  I vote to see just how many bodies we can get into the room. We will pack in like sardines. I dont care. The room is only for sleeping anyway. The beach is where we will be most of the time anyway!!!!! This IS going to be the BEST fest EVER for me to date!!!!! I CANNOT WAIT!!!!!!!!!   Whats the count down to? Just over a month and a half and counting.

Maybe we should take this off line Knotted, but I have spent a year on the verge of selling my Deep Space. I love my Gems and just haven't found a place where I feel the same about it yet. Maybe you and I can set aside some time at GH and you can introduce the two of us. Dan, Deep Space, Deep Space, Dan.

As to the snoring...people told me I snored very loud. I couldn't believe them so I stayed up all night last night and didn't snore once! I knew they were kidding me....
