By the way folks...a Sycamore video will be forthcoming, I just have not had much time to work on it...
Keep calm, and park it in the pocket

IKE is on Image too!

Perhaps she meant MAKR? :-D
It's a neat looking kite, some more details about it would be cool for those of us who didn't attend MAKR

He's just razzing me. Like I need more grief! :-) I fixed it.

That was a fun kite to work on. Keeled sail with 3 vertical spars and two small horizonals-not sure I should tell more. The sail was simple so we spent more time with the creative aspects of it. That's suppose to be a crow-he's more totem then tiki, but I'm happy with him and want to make some more like it for fall festivals. Some pumkins or something.

The tail is a Turkey Tail! Like it? It's a tradional tail in Turkey for hexagon kites. See Kitebuilder thread Seagull Kite Club Event for more info. There a great tutorial on one of those pages. Longer fringe looks nicer. The pic above was straight outa a stuff sack and shows the crumbles, they smoothed out after a bit, but still coulda been longer.
TTFN,

Draftnik
