Hey Gustavo!
Welcome to the club!
Gustavo wrote the Spanish translation of the Rev Impromptu Team Flying Manual. Hector helped too.

Wow!!!
Mr. Gustavo Di Si... Himself...WELCOME ABOARD!!!

It is really super nice to have you aboard the Illinois Kite Enthusiasts. I ussually don't give the welcome to the new members, ...
I let the top shots do that, but this time I will make the exception.
Your videos are very nice and will help a lot of us to focus about bettering ourselves with some maneuvers. Please feel free to post anything kite related, tell us about your experiences and so on. You will find a lot of good frienship here. I personally feel myself very lucky and happy to be a member of IKE. If you have any questions, the people from this forum are very talented Kite related, computers, don't mention music cause almost everyone is a musician, and they can answer just about anything.
Again... :LogoRevAni: [smiley smilie=4 fontcolor=0000FF shadowcolor=0000FF shieldshadow=1]WELCOME GUSTAVO!!![/smiley] :LogoRevAni:

You are a "top shot" Hector. Don't forget about that TV show you were on!

Ola, Almadelpiloto!
I would like to explain for those who don't understand Spanish, that "Almadelpiloto" stand for
"The Pilot's Soul." Gustavo told me that, that's the way he sees or feels the kite. Perhaps he may want to elaborate more on that later, and I was reading some of the previous postings set by the members of this forum, and I came across this one.

Check this statement made by Drafnik, in coolness section, making kites Post.

" I said flying a kite was like watching a prayer asend to the heavens. "
" To fly a kite I made makes that prayer more intimate. "

These are beatifull toughts and statements...

It's also amasing, that those feelings are very close, with Gustavos "Alma del Piloto". "The Pilot's Soul."
Hmm...Heavens, Intimate, Alma, Soul,....

I'd say...Spiritual maybe?
Ohh, well, it's just me again. Good night, it's late and I have to go to work early tomorrow...
Hector...

That's cool-the pilot's soul. I'm glad to know that Hector, thank you.

Welcome Almadelpiloto! When you were flying with Barressi in the video's, were you two calling out moves or just flying together? It was beautiful.
TTFN,
Draftnik

:thanks: Well, when I was flying John, we did not talk so much about moves or maneuvers, simple, we heard the music and flew together. We had practice 8 hours during 2 days before demonstration. We were talking; mainly; when John or me have to fly in or out of circle stage.
Good winds
