This research determines pH, alcohol percentage, and organoleptic properties using kefir grains with different concentrations. Twenty-four thousand grams of skin cow, twelve thousand grams pineapples peel, and ten thousand two hundred millilitre an aquadest were used in this research. This study aims Burkina Faso.
