navigon 7071 plus software

I wait 3 seconds and press power again and the gps starts. But it never goes beyound navigon logo, i tryed to hard resett it to by presing resett and power and the gps shut downs, i wait 3 seconds and start gps again with power button pressed in 10 sec but nothing happens.
