Re: Revolution reflex?

It's been quite a while since I've flown a 4-8, but I don't remember it having springs. Maybe it's something they added more recently?

Re: Revolution reflex?

Thanks for the review Steve. I found that if you disengage the springs you can catch and throw, but you'll lose the extreme edge of the window and other floaty things.

it's very quiet

in fact it's so quiet, the Tapatalk app keeps threatening to remove us.
So I'm posting this to keep everything active.

Later this month, we can have a club fly. Maybe Pontiac? Maybe Chicago.

Still a good looking kite.

Re: This weekend - 4/16 or 17.

I'm booked this weekend, and the following 2 weekends are 180GO things. But after that maybe we can work out a club fly in Pontiac.

Done is better than perfect for the kites I build.

Re: Revolution reflex?

image.jpeg I flew a 1.5 with diamond rods to the edges of the window. Jeff stood my side and drew lines in the sand so we could get a rough measurement of the window width. Did the same with the Reflex. Measured the angles with a protractor app. The Reflex was close to 180° The 1.5 was about 140°
