Re: *Sudoku Game*

Hey guys! does anyone knows the rules of this Sudoku game? :?: It doesn't have any explanations or how to play it, with the exception of placing numbers on the board... But, what is the purpose of it ? Just placing number randomly makes almost no sense, and makes the game itself it's not worthy. :o...

Re: Family Kite Festival, Milwaukee

It would appear the incident was a non-event as far as media coverage, didn't see anything on the news or in the newspaper yesterday or today... Hey Mike or Jeff, if either you guys found a pair of REV handles when you were cleaning up, I um know a certain noob  thats missing a set... If you d...

Re: Family Kite Festival, Milwaukee

I was told the anchor hit someone in the arm and that the paramedics were there. Any more details? There are several concerned current and past A...

Re: Family Kite Festival, Milwaukee

Well, I'll be up there on Sunday for sure with my wife and daughter.

Since Milwaukee is only about an hour away for me, I may also be able to get up there for a few hours tomorrow, if the weather looks decent.

Thank you Jeff. I really appreciate all you've done on this. I'll see if I can find this evasive button, you speak of, that I can't find tonight, in the morning. Go directly to the Video page... http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=943781739493084714 You can download from there. http://img.photo...

Re: Family Kite Festival, Milwaukee

Will you be there both days?

I'll go for at least one. I wouldn't mind getting a few tips for some Quad moves if you have the time. Maybe some of the fundamental stuff I should be practicing.

Re: IKE Promo Video

Is it possilbe to get a copy of this for my computer? Absolutely. I'll tell you what, though. I'm going to replace some of the shots with scenes that have sun and blue sky. Give me a couple days to get to that, and I'll put it up for a direct download with less compression. Or, if you want that one...

Re: Naperville Fly June 2-3

I was just going by the address on the Naperville Park District web page... http://www.napervilleparks.org/FrontierKiteFlyFestival.htm The page for the park itself ( http://www.napervilleparks.org/parksfacilities/parks/detail.aspx?id=1000007516 ) lists 2 parking lots: Main Parking Lot 3380 Cedar Gla...

Re: Naperville Fly June 2-3

Dave, there aren't directions to the Naperville festival on your site yet. Can you give us directions and the name of the park? This should be it...The Frontier Sports Complex is pretty big...I think it's on the BIG field. http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&hl=en&msa=0&t=h&om=1&...

Re: The Grandest Haven

Looks from the webcam picture (which is aimed at the wrong place for seeing any kites :x ) that the winds are better today. I wish I could have been there for today. I didn't take a lot of still pictures yesterday, but here are a few... Jeff's banners http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v650/hefe88/Ki...

Re: The Grandest Haven

So, what time do folks hit the beach on Friday?

It looks like I'll be able to do Friday only. Unless things change tomorrow. Which is still possible, but I'm fairly certain I'm OK for Friday. I hate last minute stuff, but it's unavoidable this weekend.

There's also some online programs to make it simple, such as http://www.shrinkpictures.com/create-avatar/

Just use 100 as the size.

Re: Team Flying

I suppose you want a 1.5? I just dug around in a closet and found a full "set" of Rev Is. The set is a SUL, an UL, a standard Rev and a Vented Rev. All of the sails are very crisp, colors don't match from kite to kite. I did not immediately see handles or lines, I gave the 1.5s awat to Za...

Re: Our Ike's Chris?

With my brother being in the business, I get to hear some of the backstage scuttlebutt sometimes. Comparing Bliss to the jugglers that actually compete and push themselves is sort of like comparing Olympic skaters to performers in the Ice Capades. The Capades skaters are competent, and might ...

Re: Our Ike's Chris?

Ah Hector, you force me to post the response from a truly amazing juggler, Jason Garlfield... A lot of jugglers don't like Bliss all that much. They think he's all show, and not that great technically. So when the Bliss routine started going around the internet, Garfield decided to make Bliss...

Re: *Soccer Players*

I'm certainly not interested in getting into fights over it, but I just can't imagine if the roles were reversed doing the same thing as the guy did to me. If I was a soccer coach, and arrived at a huge field that other people were using a few small sections of, I would simply go to the wide open ha...
