Hard to say! If you're watching a mime street perfomer there is a degree of closeness with the very deliberate moments. Sorry for cluttering this thread with my long comment and whining when others have moved on to other shows. It was pieced together well enough, and the visual flourises of the karaoke bar and the electrical shock meant we had something to work with, I just felt that the focus on the style of the film was done at the expense of any real substance. I thought I missed something the second time we watched it, but if I did then so did the 6 or 7 other people I talked to who also thought the only noticeable difference was a slight chance of pacing at the start and some added music at the end reminiscent of Vertigo.
