BMC Support does not actively monitor these comments. Update the itools "genuine experience" of the free Application, when the program has been updated, and Itools already have the version number of the "genuine experience" version, you can update the program directly with Itools. Finally figured out that even though the phone said I was connecting to my wireless network, the wireless router said that the device was not connected. This solution really helps!! The app to be installed does not support the required device capabilities and OS architecture.
