When you create an armature, you also need the center bone, it really helps, thats one element you were missing, also, the leg bones werent connected to the rest of the rig, which means that they wouldnt deform it correctly, and on another note, your body, head and arms were all disconnected from each other, making it so it could not deform them all at once, and more so, your legs were so close together it would be impossible to rig if I hadnt moved the legs, as they would have started reacting to each other Thats just a list of small problems…I think the rotation of the armature is off, which makes it reacte slower, which is causing it not to be able to connect to your character well, so Im going to try resetting the rotation and location, and see if that helps.
